A disciple is a follower, a student, and a learner. As disciples of Jesus Christ, the direction and aim of our lives is to be obedient to Jesus Christ and His teachings as revealed in the Bible. Discipleship, therefore, refers to the process of incorporating Jesus’ teachings into one’s habits and life. And for Connect Church, discipleship is not a program but rather the very culture of our church – why we exist. It’s in our mission statement that we’ve been reciting every week for over a year now. - Study the Bible
Our Discipleship Classes study God’s Word in small group where we dive deep into the Word. In fact that is the name of our classes, Deep Dive. - Fellowship with one another
Fellowship is more than eating food together, it is about sharing life together. - Pray with one another
We are called to “bear one another’s burdens” (Gal. 6:2). Praying for pone another is an important function of our discipleship classes. - Grow in spiritual maturity
Our Discipleship Classes are a pathway to spiritual growth through the transformative power of God’s Word. As we study His Word, He transforms us into disciples of Jesus Christ — life-long learners and leaders. - Live out our church’s mission.
Our church’s mission is “to make disciples of Jesus Christ who love God, love people, and impact the world.” Our Discipleship Classes are actively making that statement a reality.

Men

Connect desires to help every man deepen his relationship with Jesus Christ. Through study of God’s word, the men’s group seeks to equip men to lead their families, develop friendships, and value accountability with other men.

Women
Connect offers small group Bible studies where women come together to study God’s Word and discuss the issues and challenges of life. It is where we pray, care for one another, and grow in our faith. This leads us to impact our families and friends as we love God.
